Responsibilities
|
| RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Computer device/service (Hardware and Software)
* Provides Technical Support and Troubleshooting.
* Average or higher rating on TPSR is required
* Technically inclined, preferably with Call Center experience gained from a technical program.
* Above average communication skills preferred. |
Requirements
|
| REQUIREMENTS:
* must be proficient in Hardware, Software and Network Troubleshooting
* must have an average English Communication Skills (written and oral)
* must be willing to work on shifting schedules.
* can be with or without Call Center Experience
* At least finished 2 years in college
* Background from Com Eng/BS I.T/ Com Sci or any computer related course is required.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status |
