Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* will handle and assist international customers via phone calls.
* will escalate upsells and other customer service related concerns for inbound or outbound calls
* working on shifting and rotating schedule. |
Requirements
|
REQUIREMENTS:
* Completed at least 2nd year college
* Articulate communication in oral English delivery and adaptability.
* Genuine desire to help customers and meet their satisfaction.
* An individual that actively excels within a team environment
* Highly Confident
* Willing to work in shifting schedules including graveyard shifts.
* Willing to work in Pasig, Makati, Muntinlupa, Alabang area
* Call Center experience is an advantage, but not a requirement |
