CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The CARE ACCORD Project or "Strengthening Assets and Capacities of Communities and Local Governments for Resilience to Disasters” is a community based disaster risk management project being implemented in the municipalities of St. Bernard, Southern Leyte, Dingalan, Aurora and Calabanga, Camarines Sur. The ACCORD Project is supported by the European Commission’s Humanitarian Aid department (ECHO) and the Corporate Network for Disaster Response (CNDR).
In line with the requirements of the ACCORD Project, CARE is inviting individual consultants/ service providers or groups of consultants/service providers to express their intent to participate in the production of the ACCORD Training Manual on Disaster Preparedness and Contingency Planning. Please refer to attached TOR for more information.
The ACCORD Project needs the services of a manual writer, a translator (Filipino to English), an editor and a lay-out/graphic artist. Interested consultants and service providers may offer services for any or all of the services required to produce the Training Manual.
Kindly send your letter of intent (LOI) by fax (929 0798) or email to CARE ACCORD Project. The deadline for submission of expressions of interest has been extended up to May 8, 2008.
CARE assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expense incurred in the preparation of your letter of intent.
CARE reserves the right to accept or reject any letter of intent, and to annul the selection process and reject all letters at anytime prior to awarding, without incurring any liability to affected service provider(s).
